Day of Coordination
6 weeks out, I will step in and assist with your timeline and meet with you to understand and finalize the vision. This service allows couples to enjoy planning and then relax in the weeks leading up to the special day. It takes all the stress off of family and friends the day of the wedding so that they can focus on celebrating. I’d love to chat with you to see if we are the right fit.
My base price for a day of coordinator with support starting 6 weeks out is $1500. This includes unlimited calls and messages. Travel fees apply for events 50 miles outside of Eagle River.

Nothing is more intimate than the two of you running off to the Wilderness. Some of my recent elopement plans have included Denali Base Camp, Pika Glacier, Talkeetna, and Hatcher Pass. I am always up for an adventure!
My elopement planner fee is $1,000 which includes coordinating all vendors and unlimited calls and messages. I help you create a one of a kind experience that will be unique to you as a couple.
I have special rates through a few vendors to include Sheldon Air, Donna Marie Photography, AK Chair Rental, and Bluebell Events and Rentals.
