I’ve always been drawn to two things - weddings and the mountains.

There’s something about the way a day like this comes together in a place like Alaska that feels both grounding and unforgettable. It’s not about creating a production. It’s about holding space for something real, and making sure every part of it is cared for.

Based in Talkeetna, I work closely with a small, trusted circle of local vendors and businesses - people I know, respect, and rely on.

These relationships are a big part of what allows each elopement or wedding to feel seamless, even in places that are remote or logistically complex.

From coordinating flights on a vintage DeHavilland Beaver to designing the smallest details of your day, everything is approached with intention and care.

My role isn’t just to plan - it’s to guide, organize, and quietly hold the entire experience so you don’t have to think about what’s happening behind the scenes.

Alaska comes with its own rhythm, and understanding how to work with it makes all the difference.

Rustic Wilderness Weddings began naturally.

After my family took ownership of a log home on a private airstrip just south of Talkeetna, guests began asking if they could fly into Denali and elope.

I stepped in to help - and what started as a few meaningful moments quickly grew into something I now feel deeply connected to.

When I’m not working with couples, you’ll most likely find me in the mountains or flying - there’s nothing quite like being in the air over Alaska, especially in a vintage Beaver.

It’s a perspective that never gets old, and one I love sharing with the people I work with.
